Accounts.

My Accounts Change Options & Services
You can make any of the following policy
changes, claims, and requests directly through My Accounts on WSLife.com:

- Address/Phone
- Social Security Number
- Beneficiary Changes
- Policy Claims
- Death Claims
- Disability Claims
- Request a Duplicate Policy/Contract

How to Report a Claim
Please visit our Service FAQs for step-by-step instructions on how to file a death
claim or disability claim. However, if you have a claim
other than death or disability, please contact either our home office or your

Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST on Friday (excluding holidays).

If you have a question about an annuity contract, please
contact your local Sales Representative or the Annuity Operations Department at
1.800.387.9830 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Mutual Funds
To obtain a Fund prospectus that contains complete
information (including fees and expense) for any specific mutual fund listed on
this Web site, please call a representative of Fort Washington Brokerage
Services, Inc. (member NASD/SIPC) at the Client Relationship Center
(1.888.327.9345). Please read the prospectus carefully before you invest or
send money.
