  Apple iPod touch Giveaway Rules

By submitting an entry to the Apple iPod touch Giveaway for a chance to win an Apple iPod touch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Who May Enter:
The Apple iPod touch Giveaway is open only to residents of Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania who are of legal age in their jurisdictions of residence and at least 18 years of age at time of submission. The program is void outside the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or U.S. Territories and where prohibited by law. Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Entry Specifications:
One entry per household.

A licensed producer from The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company will provide a free, no-obligation financial strategy review using our proprietary Financial Focus software or Priority Planning Review tool. In areas where no licensed producer is available, the review may be conducted over the telephone by one of our Client Relationship Center representatives.

Deadline for entry is August 22, 2008; the deadline may be extended without notice at the discretion of The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company. The deadline will be clearly posted on www.wslife.com/wm.

Employees and associates of Western & Southern Financial Group® or any subsidiary or affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

No Endorsement:
Participation in this program shall not be deemed an endorsement or recommendation of, or association with The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company and/or its products or services.

Release of Liability:
You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our decision, which is final and binding in all respects, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the program or these Terms and Conditions. You further agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, expenses, or liability arising from or related to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the program, including, without limitation, your breach of any terms or representations contained in these Terms and Conditions or the use by us of any of the rights granted by you.

Termination:
If, for any reason, the program is not capable of running as planned, we reserve the right at our sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the program.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, your rights and obligations, or our rights and obligations in connection with the program, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether with the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the applications of any laws of any jurisdiction.
